If you have a Mental Health Care Plan referral to see me from your GP or psychiatrist, Medicare will subsidise up to 20 sessions per calendar year with an amount starting from $88.25.

I work with clients who may have experienced trauma as children or adults or are struggling with their day to day life, feeling confused, distressed or have identified that they depressed or anxious.

My main areas of expertise are around helping clients with relationships or work problems, who are seeking to change or understand their own life more fully.

My therapeutic style is based on over 30 years of experience with adults and children in complex environments and is supportive, humanistic and person-centred and open to a range of understandings that people bring socially, emotionally and spiritually.

I see clients who have experienced trauma, grief, loss and are struggling with their emotions. I have particular interest and experience with children, and in early infant mental health and maternal attachment.

I am also an approved AHPRA Supervisor.
