If you have a Mental Health Care Plan referral to see me from your GP or psychiatrist, Medicare will subsidise up to 20 sessions per calendar year with an amount starting from $129.55.

I work with clients who have gone through life crises, trauma and loss or struggle with addiction issues. My main areas of expertise are around emotional problems or blocks resulting from trauma, loss and grief, addiction, or other life crises. I also work with clients who are experiencing relationship issues.
My therapeutic style involves working with a person’s resources and strengths, as well as finding unexplored avenues for taking steps towards change. These range from developing new ways of dealing with a symptom, or getting better acquainted with previously unrecognised patterns in one’s own inner experience, to exploring experiences in past and present relationships.
I see clients who have:
- Suffered trauma and loss
- Anxiety
- Life crises
- Addiction problems
- Couple or relationship issues
I am also an approved AHPRA Supervisor.
